Basically I see all these npcs with some badass looking arms and legs and shit and I think some of those should become available to the player, while still being able to maintain mantis blades and other cyberware. Seeing as you only really see your arms in this game I would like some more cosmetic options for them so in dialogue I have something cool to look at.
