I wanted to let you know about a tool I made - ModKitchen - GUI for The Witcher 3 ModKit

Hi!

www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/389

ModKitchen is a .NET app that calls wcc with parameters provided in the GUI. I find it quite useful to deal with game files and I hope it'll make life a little easier for you as well.

What does it do?
  • Uncook the game files (works with DLC if you set a correct 'content' path)
  • Export a whole directory at once (recursive dir search, all w2mesh and/or xbm; you can choose output format for textures)
  • Export a list of chosen files (w2mesh, xbm)
  • Exported files are kept in their original relative path for easier import.
  • "Building" - performs import, cooking, packing, etc. on all files in a working directory.

This is a summary, there's more info + a simple ReadMe on the Nexus.

Cheers!

Wow. That's awsm. Will make the whole modding process easier on everyone. Shame that people are doing this kind of GUI overhaul what CDPR should've done with this modding tool in the first place.

Looks very good so far. But I think you should add support for quickbms extraction so that really ALL files can be extracted from the .bundle files.
