I won a copy and I'm very grateful but there's a problem..

I received an email which says that I've been selected as a TheWitcher2 reviewer...I was really happy 'cause it was my dream.The email came the 13th of April and today it's the 18th of April.All the winners in the USA have got the game but I'm still waiting for it like other people here in Europe..Can you guys tell me what is going on ??Is there anything wrong in my form?How much time do we still have to wait?
