No, I didn't play Monsters and don't even have the card yet. But I do know that it is a Monster card and Henselt is a NR leader. So, what gives?

In situations like this, you should really have taken a screenshot. Anyhow, I don't see how it's possible. You could contact support. They might be able to trace the match.

I did not think about making a screenshot, because I just thought "wow, I need to craft my own succubus now... wait... that is NOT a neutral card!". Then it was too late...
