If ever you sent request on gog about refund or something else and you dont get answer.

Make sure you are loged in the gog site with your account. actualy on gog support site its possible to "send" a request without be loged in, you even get a feed back "request sent" when its done. But it not creating any tickets and you dont get a mail about it. when you do it loged it, you get same message + you get on your ticket ask, and you get a mail about it. I know maybe it look stupid, but i sent 2 requests like this before get i was not loged in and was waiting for nothing and i'm sure can happen for someone else.

I told the support person i was talking with but aparently the issue is still there. i think there should be a different feed back when you do that request without be loged in.
