Infrared, Night Vision. But it's almost impossible because you would have to overhaul the entire game.
I would love for my Netrunner to have access to some drones.
Either battle drones like the little ones from the NCPD or a recon drone with camo option to stake out a target, setup a plan or even directly hack through it.
Edit: Drones could also fit in the underutilized Tech tree.
