he didn't use a tutor, it was just played from his hand after i passed to him..guess maybe a bug
I mean, it's possible it was a bug, but I hardly see mechanical bugs in the game, just visual. He didn't use the leader ability or another card's order before playing it either? Strange
It went like this: I passed, he played igni from hand, nothing happened (even though both my rows were over 20), then it auto-passed to me since that was his last card, and i won with last say. Not complaining lol but he would have won if igni went off like it should have.

Igni still works without initiative, but the opponent's row has to have at least 35 strength.
