What I'm saying is, that before everything came to it's abrupt stop, Judy's romance was the one that build up more naturally than the rest of the relationships, and then you bang her and that's it and all the build up ends in nothing
Even Judy giving you the key to her apartment. It's supposed to mean something. You don't give the key to your home to random people (unless you don't care that they steal all your shit while you're gone). Yet there's absolutely no point to it. It shows up as a home on your map, but it's really not. Judy just leans in the window with 3 extra dialogue options that are pointless, and you have access to your stash (which if you use it as you would in other RPGs might cause your save to corrupt).
If I want to use my stash, I just have to fast travel to my actual apartment. Or I can crash my bike since I've been able to open my stash while trying to get back on my bike after crashing it.
Hell, there isn't even the option to also give your key to Judy and/or the option to have her come live with you instead or at least suggest it (V's apartment is nicer than Judy's). Having her live with you would have been an opportunity to have that apartment change too.
If you manage to have her come live with you, you get some of her stuff in your apartment (like the spider bot thing and maybe a workbench or something. It would be a nice change to the never changing apartment V has now. Plus you'd have a sexy Judy there too! Have her move around the place too. Sometimes you show up and she's working on the spider bot, sometimes on her computer doing work, sometimes sleeping and you can curl up beside her and have her greet you when you wake up.
Heck have her give you a piece of tech or weapon every once in a while when you go back to your apartment "Here hun, I got this and thought you might find it useful." Just for shits and giggles on really rare occasions or something if you sleep with her, you could wake up to Judy wearing nothing but and apron cooking food, which could lead to some light hearted couple-y dialogue:
V: "Wow that's a sight I never expected to see."
Judy: "Don't tell me you don't like what I'm wearing."
V: "No, of course not. Well unless saying I don't like it will make you lose the apron too." As V approaches and wraps her arms around Judy from behind and Judy turns her head for a kiss. (I know really cliche, but still better than what we have)
Judy: "I should have expected an answer like that from you."
V: "I didn't think anyone cooked at home anymore because of all the vending machines and food stalls."
Judy can then explain that she learned to cook from her grandparents and likes to cook once in a while to remember them.
Right now the only other advantage having access to Judy's apartment might have is to pick up and of those yellow tape/chip things that you might have missed. Some of them seem to respawn, so I can't even be sure the ones I picked up were new or ones I missed the first time I was there. Other than that it's just an icon to add to the icon clutter on the map.
