This is not a complaint but a true question about how NR can use Mr. mulligan to their advantage?

It's specially useful for bigger decks with many thinning cards and copies.

My guess is it is for when you get 2 temerian infrantryman or more then one blue stripe commando etc.

During last patch there were several suggestions made that NR should have additional Mulligan options due to the way several of their cards were designed. The new changes could very well be at least partially in response to those suggestions.

A big body of 9 on the tutor card and can get rid of a bad draw. Pretty useful.
