Imperial Golem: Does it place the top card back to top or randomly shuffle it back?

Only showing the top card would synergize with a LOT of other NG cards, but if it shuffles the opponent's top card randomly it would be quite useless..

I watched today how it revealed Nithral 2 times and than a Cantarella played totally different card. it says "shuffle", so I guess it must not put it on top.

yeah that's quite sad :\
It would synergize with Cantarella, Villgz, and any cards care about the top card...would be quite powerful just for the ability of checking top card without shuffle it

Hopefully deck manipulation of opponent can be a thing in the upcoming NG change
