Import of Witcher 2 saves, no Letho or Shile

Hi,

i have some problem with the import of Witcher 2 saves:
I Played it several times with different path Roche and Ioveth but in the end i let Letho and Shile live.
But both are not imported into Witcher 3.
I imported the last savegames i found in the directory which should have all the necessary info in it.
I am realy disappointed about it :/
Any ideas anyone?

Theres an spoiler coming up, if you didnt finished the main story dont read it. Its about the location of Síle and Letho.

Síle is together with Rita at the Oxenfurt prison.
Letho is on a side quest that you must clean up an mansion / manor for an old lady.

Hi,

I know, i already finished it one time. Since i made some mistakes i wanted a different ending and Letho and Sile won't appear in the in apropiate quest or locations :/

Same here, by the way. I am probably going to start my next playthrough (when both expansions are out) without an imported save, to get those two to appear alive.

Can anyone summarize what will be missing without an imported save?

Only the tattoo, really. Everything else you can get just by answering the questions Morvran asks you.

Did you import the correct save? It needs to be the Autosave that the game creates for you after beating the game, not the manual save you probably made before talking with Letho.

Its only possible to import autosaves and i took the last one. I am really disappointed about this since i started a game without an import with the same results :/

should show what you're importing. i've finished Assassin of Kings a couple times and not sure exactly which route i took on the imported save. already at the final chapter of Wild Hunt and it appears it doesn't really effect the outcome too much which path you had taken in Assassin of Kings. my tattoo is there and Letho never appeared, but the other characters like Djinkska(whatever), Sile, Philippa seem to have the same outcome no matter how you treated them in the 1st two games.

was really disappointed my armor and swords didn't come through like from Witcher 1 into Assassin of Kings import. they weren't much more powerful than the first few sets of items you found in 2, but it was just awesome seeing your own choices come through.
