It might be nothing, but I did spot that in the file header there was a file info string (an IPTC-NAA record) containing the string 'JFBMD0f000784020000ca560000f3cd000061d5000018db00007d620100d60c0200a2320200'.
I do think it is a distinct file though, the numbers in the corner on the one I found are 1#67 instead of 1#57 like the one we have here.

Curious. Especially if it might translate to any tangible in-game content that might be related to Phantom Liberty... not that I expect it but would be funny, especially for a "NUSA-aligned" V.
I think the FBMD part in "FBMD0f000784020000ca560000f3cd000061d5000018db00007d620100d60c0200a2320200" is the abbreviation of Facebook Metadata. Facebook tends to add a string like that to images hosted on its platform (or so my quick Google efforts tell me).

Given that most social media platforms modify/compress the image on upload and as a result strip out or modify image data, I'd only trust images posted here on the forum by CDPR staff, or images hosted on CDPR servers.

That would make sense, but the image I found is hosted on the forum, not on Facebook. Though yes, from what I can gather, that's a tracking string Facebook adds to images posted on there, but it also makes me wonder how it got onto these forums. There's only 12 image IDs between the one on this thread and the one I found, so it had to have been uploaded to Facebook, downloaded from Facebook, then posted onto this forum, in a pretty small time window. Which just seems suspicious to me.
The Unification War ended in 2025 under Elizabeth Kress and while its a stretch, one could argue the NUSA was 'born' properly under her rule at that point.
Additionally, the other number mentioned #1 67 could be (another stretch) related to Genesis 1:6-7 in which God creates the firmament. Separating the waters above and below. I could stretch a relation to the NET and the Blackwall if I were to reach (I am lol)
