Will there be an update so that if you have the recommended PC specs, the game will actually run smoothly? Otherwise just update recommended specs to RTX only. I don't know how I can have a GTX 1080 / i7-8700 and run every other modern game at 1440p on mostly ultra or very high with a consistent 60fps but this one isn't even close.

[BUG]: Near the end of the Queen of the Highway quest where you must follow Panam, I fast travelled elsewhere. I am back, facing Panam, but without any dialogue prompts. Just straight up silent treatment.

The game has been developed for a total of 7 consoles, last gen PS and Xbox, all variants, and new gen Xbox an PS, no to mention for pc, all the tech advancements that came since the games announcement (GPU,s advancements and the never ending tech advancements) , i have never in all my gaming life, seen a perfect game at launch, all the ones i have played have had their problems, i have played on PS5, PS4, and PC and have come across some bugs, yes, but nothing like what has been shown either on forums, twitch or YouTube, I imagine player on last gen consoles, never did some maintenance on their dusty consoles, heat is bad for any electronic and years of last gen console enjoyment tends to accumulate dust and grim on active air cooled devices, specially hard core gamers that play hours and hours, on my ps4 ( firsts gen PS4 cleaned a couple of times game play of 9 hours) I had no problem at all playing Cyberpunk 2077, yes i had the occasional missing cigarette, the floating hamburger, and occasional zombie NPC, floating instead of walking lol, but never had significant frame drops, and really no real issue to make the game unplayable, on pc, well that is the best platform to enjoy a good quality game, like Cyberpunk 2077 witch is all i have played for a total of 33 hours, the main story is engaging, and fun, and side missions are cool for a break to the main story.
on PS5 i have a total of 27 hours of play time, most of it for the main story, and same have had no problem, only the occasional release bugs, like the ones mentioned before.
All in all all i have to say, this is one of the few games that engage me so much, that time passes really fast.
GIVE CDPR A CHANCE TO UPDATE AND PATCH GIVE THE GAME A CHANCE, YES WE WAITED, YES SOME OF YOU HAVE HAD PROBLEMS, BUT IN THE LONG SHOT I BET THIS GAME WILL BECOME A MASTERPIECE TO SPEAK ABOUT, AND ENJOY.

I know people are obssessed with money and only see $ în front of their greedy eyes but wtf. Did the enourmous money y guys made on Witcher 3 was not enough? That u had to do a ass job of this. U guys knew the performance was subpar on old gen consoles and try to hide it. Thats clearly evil intent. Who cares now about your unsincere apology?!

And by the way the pc version Its broken too.
I get 3-20 fps on 1080p low, low desity population on ryzen 1700 8core16threads + Gtx 1060 6gb. Texture not loading. Texture flikering. Great fluctiontion on GPU utilization.

i know the fixes will happen but i do wonder how did this pass the quality check? there is literally a bug where you get bald in alomost everything, how did no one see that? or the one where your cloths vanish in certain missions at the end of the game story? there are many others that only leave me to wonder, if beta testers still a thing? because it's not only this game, almost all companies have this, how can the so called by marketing Triple A games get out this way?. Anyway i did enjoy the game and will keep playing even tho i already finished the main story, which btw was amazing, that first option ending wow that was something i won't forget.

So again anyway i won't refund since i have no regrets of buying the game, i got a very good storie with very good side stories to enjoy and i find it worth the price i paid, 50€ for 100+ hours of gameplay just in my first character is a good price so 0 regrets, just hope those updates are fast and often, better to have small fixes every 2 or 3 days than to wait a long time for a big one in my opinion.

We should have paid more attention to making it play better on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Second, we will fix bugs and crashes, and improve the overall experience. The first round of updates has just been released and the next one is coming within the next 7 days. Expect more, as we will update frequently whenever new improvements are ready. After the holidays, we’ll continue working — we’ll release two large patches starting with Patch #1 in January. This will be followed by Patch #2 in February. Together these should fix the most prominent problems gamers are facing on last-gen consoles. We will be informing you about the contents of each patch ahead of their release. They won't make the game on last-gen look like it’s running on a high-spec PC or next-gen console, but it will be closer to that experience than it is now.

Finally, we would always like everyone who buys our games to be satisfied with their purchase. We would appreciate it if you would give us a chance, but if you are not pleased with the game on your console and don’t want to wait for updates, you can opt to refund your copy. Well they have already gotten back their development costs. If they want to continue making profit, which of course they do, they'll have to fix this game to sell more copies. Read the first post in this thread, and you clearly see that they want to make things right. When games get review bombed like this developers fix things so they can continue making profit off the game. Look at what happened to Fallout 76 and No Man's Sky when it was first released, and now look at those game and how different and enjoyable they are. So I suspect there'll be lots of added content in the next two years.

Besides Witcher 4 has already begun development, and CDPR needs the extra profit from this game to continue in the development cycle of Witcher 4. Just getting back development cost from this game isn't enough.

Guys don't worry, they'll fix this game.

CDPR I've enjoyed the games you have made, Cyberpunk was a game I knew I was going to love because its concept and the way the game was shown caught but my attention. I even told many of my friends about this game and how they should consider it because I knew you guys won't let us down. However once I got the game and saw the lack of customization options I got a bad feeling about the game as if I felt something was wrong and sadly I was correct. The performance issues with the game ruined my experience so far however this does not mean I hate the game because for the hours where everything was running smooth I enjoyed it. My main issue is with not delivering me a city that I would love to be in because of how interactive and buzzing the city is, instead we got a somewhat dead city with little to no interaction you guys didn't even have barbershops like in W3 nor tattoo shops where I could constantly change my character. The clothing shops are okay but definitely not what you guys were showing in that trailer about fashion. There's also the thing about brain dance and romance. For brain dance you guys introduced it to us hyped it up but we barely were able to use it, then with romances you guys sold it to us as if we were able to bone half of the city but instead we got 2 joy toys and a few romance options. I hope you guys and other forum members don't take this post the wrong way I want you guys to see the core issues and be able to address them so that the game can live up to the hype and be like what was shown in the trailers because I can see that the foundations for the various systems are implemented but for some reason they aren't fleshed out,aren't working or are non-existent. I know you guys follow Rockstar games business model which is good for these types of games and I think you guys should in some ways look at how they make buzzing and interactive cities from there you can take it change and adapt them to places like Night City.For the RPG aspect of the game I'm not to worried about because I know you guys can make some good RPG systems. With that being said I enjoy Cyberpunk , I want it to succeed and wish you nothing but the best.

I'm a fan of your work and commitment to improving the game. That said, I just hope for a smoother gameplay experience than what's currently happening w/the PS4 pro edition. So please fix these areas. Better driving: Did my first race in NC, and crashed into objects not loading in. Better gameplay: Walked into a section of the map that would only me to only crouch and walk. When looking down at character feet, saw that portions of character model were being pulled though the ground. Lastly, better button response while driving: while driving responding to calls, changing radio stations, and camera angle are either slow to respond, or don't respond at all, forcing me to slow down, or stop driving completely.

Those are previous gen games. CP is a next gen game. I don't know why they even bothered to release it on old hardware.

I spent 7 hours troubleshooting trying to open this game. Please Continue Fixes for PC. I still cannot even open the game. I built a $4,500 pc with all the bells and whistles and can't even open the game. I mean everyone's complaining about all the weird glitches in-game, I'm sitting over here wishing I could get past character creation. And no one is even acknowledging my technical support message. NO ONE is acknowledging they are aware of the issue and that MANY pc users, even with the best hardware CAN'T EVEN OPEN THE GAME.

I play on ps4 and there are a bunch of quests where the scan doesn't work, so the quests are sruck and I can only load a previous save and search for quest that don't involve scans.

I like the game and aside from crashes, I found I really really enjoyed the game since it could be played, just need to reload every time :/

But now, there are quest that I just can't do completely and reloading changes nothing, so I can only hope somehow code fixes itself somehow, since this bug didn't happen in the past days.

There really are LOTS of bugs after all and even though I have been impatient to play this game, it feels like I'm a game tester, instead of a gamer. Yet the game is out...

Mixed opinion about this. On the bright side, I'm happy to be playing this since I got sick playing other games. Combat is real fun, side missions as well. Netrunner theme is something new to the table and I love it. The music and acting are amazing. I love every minute with Keanu.

On the not so bright side.. it's VERY clear that there was immense pressure to release this game before the holidays. It really shows that this game needs needs at least 6 more months of development. CD really set the bar high with the hype and it seems like they're aiming for it but it's very challenging due to the sheer volume of work they need to put into this. Or at least should..

I'm sure bugs will be fixed but what worries me is the content. Can't help but be cautiously optimistic about future patches, updates and DLCs and hoping to see the content we were lead to believe to have on launch.
