My question of the day:

Is it possible to remove all pre-rendered cutscenes and replace them with in-engine cutscenes?

No unfortunately not.

in theory it is possible... but it would take a lot of work with the dialogue encoder https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1346

(also they would look considerably worse because most of the animations and effects in those pre-rendered cutscenes dont exist in the game files)
