I've got the same problem, but without HDR, but with RT on (GF RTX 3070). It's very difficult to drive a car during the day with the camera from interior - the view gets so bright I can hardly see anything. When I change camera to the outside one, brightness gets back to normal. It seems that the engine notice the very dark elements of the car interior and adjusts brightness like when I'm in some darker areas. A minor bug, but pretty annoying and breaking the immersion
