In game television dark screen

So ive started a new game as corpo and after a couple of the initial quests i notice that all in game tv screens are always dark. When i scan them i can use things like "distract enemies" and there is a small text that says "on" but they are always dark.

If i load another save from a previous playthrough the tv screens are working.

On this new game, the bug occured either after the talk to Dex in the car quest or after the "pick up" quest. Before i did those quests, the tv screens worked properly.

Anyone knows a fix? Im on PC with hotfix 1.06.
