The russian video from yesterday. The Nilfgaardian ambassador talks about the current political situation and mentions all that. You have that information from where exactly?
So, Radovid did the similar thing as Henselt did with Aedirn? Nice. What if Radovid has indeed lost it? I'm not sure if this is new info, but it's still spoilers about the events between W2 and W3:
Smart move by CDP. So they don't have to bother with our Witcher 2 choices at all. Aedrin and Temeria were lost in any case. Kaedwen was the big variable. This way it won't really matter if we killed Henselt or not. What if Radovid has indeed lost it? I'm not sure if this is new info, but it's still spoilers about the events between W2 and W3:when Nilfgaard was on the offensive, Redania didn't support the war effort. Instead, to everyone's surprise, Radovid just attacked Kaedwen in the back. And this is the main reason for why Kaedwen is out of the game now.
Now I'm not a master tactician, so this... really doesn't look like a legit strategy to me. Especially since Redania and Kaedwen are bloody allies.
That's all, yes. The video is a fucking mess, the ambassador talks a bit about it 34 minutes in, but that's not the whole conversation. He mentions Radovid's betrayal in some other little cut.I mean I am not angry just bloody surprised is all. At what part of the video is the conversation?
Is that all that he says?
It's not quite the same. Kaedwen and Aedirn were always at each other's throats. And Henselt always wanted to rightfully reclaim Aedirn. So, Radovid did the similar thing as Henselt did with Aedirn? Nice.
Very different situation completely. When Henselt made the deal to occupy Upper Aedirn with Nilfgaard he did so because every other Northern army besides his own had been virtually annihilated by Emhyr's forces and he didn't have the strength to fight them. By making the deal he stopped the entire eastern advance by Nilfgaard in Aedirn which prevented the Eastern Army from moving into Temeria or crossing the Pontar and invading Kaedwen. It also made it so that the Nilfgaardian Army there was worn out by guerrilla tactics and allowed Henselt to detach his most elite troops to fight at Brenna. So, Radovid did the similar thing as Henselt did with Aedirn? Nice.
Italian? I think in the books some have some Italian-esque names but for the most part I always thought Nilfgaardians were more German/Dutch based, although granted the games seem to not make the distinction that the books do between Nilfgaardians proper and people simply living in the Empire of Nilfgaard, the games make out like everyone is the former.Nilfs being kinda Italian
I think he means that Nilfgaard Empire is similar to the Roman empire.Italian? But how do we know that the ambassador is telling the truth? Not saying it isn't truth but I am just wondering if he doesn't have a agenda like ambassadors then to do!The russian video from yesterday. The Nilfgaardian ambassador talks about the current political situation and mentions all that.

Yeah.... does anyone have any idea what happened to her? She was still alive in the books.This.
And I wonder what's going on with Meve...
Why would he be ordered to lie? That's not how Emhyr does things. Besides, Emhyr's main concern is finding Ciri, not manipulating Geralt into winning the war for him.But how do we know that the ambassador is telling the truth? Probably trying to hold off another bridge by herself, the crazy cunt that she is. :hmm:Yeah.... does anyone have any idea what happened to her? She was still alive in the books.
Well this is bollocks, I thought the north would unite, even W2 gave off that hint and now we see some cheap plot tactic so our decisions from W2 won't matter at all :/What if Radovid has indeed lost it? Sounds like Radovid, without any helpless sorceresses in his reach, has taken to torturing innocent peasants instead.
Last time we heard something about Meve was in W2...Stennis said to Geralt something like "She curses you every time she hears your name", iirc...Yeah.... does anyone have any idea what happened to her? She was still alive in the books.
Not saying he lied. I am just not going to assume he is absolutely telling the truth. As such I am not just going to take his words for facts. The Witcher universe is full of political manipulation and powerful people that want to use Geralt and in that Emhyr is a master player with is own agenda and I am sure he has hidden objectives. Why would he be ordered to lie? That's not how Emhyr does things. Besides, Emhyr's main concern is finding Ciri, not manipulating Geralt into winning the war for him.
No, it's idealistic which the witcher universe sure as fuck isn't.Well this is bollocks, I thought the north would unite
One of the first things Geralt mentions is about Radovid's realms while talking with Vesemir about the political situation. Not saying he lied. I am just not going to assume he is absolutely telling the truth. As such I am not just going to take his words for facts.
