Inability to "mill" a spare card
Ran into this issue twice already. And - both times on those wretched Nekkers.
When attempting to "mill" this extra card, I constantly get an error message.
Re-starting the game DOES SEEM to resolve the issue, but I hope you understand that this is not the best acceptable workaround.
It seems like a new entry for this card is not properly put in your personal card database, and therefore the game does not recognize that you own it when attempting to mill.
