Infinite loading when mods are active, even with no mods

Basically what the tittle says, when I open the game with the "enable mods" option turned on my game gets stuck loading before the menu even shows up, I've literally disabled every single mod, with the only exception being redscript, tweak and archive XL, when I disabled the option some mods did still function but not all of them, I have no clue what to do at this point and any help is appreciated.

my specs are as follows:
rtx 3050
ryzen 5 5600GT
16 Gb ram

It depend what do you want, if a functioning game without mod, you might have to perform a clean install of the game.
If you want to keep using mods, might also be a good idea to perform a clean install and add mods "slowly" (i.e not in bulk) and be sure they're all compatible with the last 2.13 update.

It looks like you downloaded a bunch of mods, didn't read on them and installed them.

Because you have a bunch of mods that haven't been updated in a long time. Respector, for example, hasn't been updated since November 2022. A quick look at the comment section and the pinned comment up top indicates that support for 2.0+ is coming... that was in July 2023. It never happened. Furthermore, the comment section was locked somewhere after September 2023. That says a lot combined with the lack of updates. That's a dead mod. You shouldn't use it period.

A quick look at some of your mods and found quite a few that haven't been updated in at least a year.

That's just playing with fire. These mods might still work, they might still work great on their own too but when you end up throwing in a whole bunch of other mods on top of them being a few patches behind and there is no telling what they may break.

It's also very important to understand your mod manager. There is a vast difference between disabling and uninstalling mods in Vortex. Disabling will leave files behind. Uninstalling will remove all files but if changes were made to other game files, it will not fix those.

You could first try to uninstall your mods and see what happens. Vortex does have the purge function which theoretically would achieve the same result.

If that doesn't work, perform a clean install as described in the link @LeKill3rFou provided. Frankly, I personally would start there. Start over and do it right this time around.

Yes, all mods need to be updated to ensure they work with the present version of any game, and there will always be synergy issues between certain mods. It's always necessary to ensure that the mods are current, work with all other installed mods, and that the load order is correctly arranged to ensure that the functionality you want loads after other mods that may affect the same assets.

after a few weeks of on and off testing, it seems that REDmod deployment is what is fucking up, mods that don't use it or just normal deployment from nexus work properly
