The tv screens in this game run at what i think is 14/10 fps and audio looks desynced after a few seconds.

Hey - yes probably performance reason.
Would be nice if they played at higher FPS especially when you can how smooth the TV shows actually are in the intro vid.
=C also nobody apparently cares about this topic, which is a huge shame.
