And for all of that epic badassery he displays a lot more in the book.

I mean seriously he gives an epic speech THEN leads a cavalry charge across the river bank in a wedge formation with him at the tip like Alexander the Great did in so many battles, slaughtering many of the stags, then he and his party come across Stannis's men trying to cross the river on a makeshift wooden bridge made of some ships and he utters "Those are brave men..." in admiration "...let's go kill them!"

Then he fights in a shield wall with the men on those boats pushing Stannis's forces back before he is betrayed.

People wonder why I hate the show, it's because it's such a dumbed down watered version of excellent books.

Well, books 4 and 5 definitely can use some pretty radical abridging. Right now I can't even imagine how TV Show creators will be able to make something good out of that verbiage. I am quite confident in this and the next season, but after that things can really get interesting.

Oh yeah, Into the Wild. Now THAT is an amazing movie. See it people. It's a beautiful piece of art. Sean Penn's got talent!

Time for me to step into the fray once more!

This is the best Batman movie of all time, regarding both live action and animated. Period. This movie is perfection solidified forever in a visual medium. And this scene in particular is what elevates it well and beyond being simply fantastic to "holy shit I'm in heaven right now this is so fucking awesome yes Batman is my favourite super hero from now on thanks for asking". I still remember getting goosebumbs when I saw it for the first time as a kid. Oh who am I lying, I still get shivers down my spine, even as an adult!

If you haven't seen it, you're a criminal. But that's ok, the punishment is ONLY to watch the best Batman film ever made.

YES YES YES GOD MOTHERFUCKING YES.

Mask of the Phantasm shits on Nolan's Batmans (I still love them). It's one of my favorite movies of all time and the best Batman BY FAR. The only adaption I know of that plays with the idea of Batman being a mentally ill man.

The movie gave me goosebumps practically throughout, and I cried in like 2 or 3 scenes.

Just listen to its theme ffs!

Preach the truth my brotha!

And yeah, the soundtrack is pretty amazing. The intro to the movie is enough to stun me and leave me gasping for air. If I ever create anything that's even 100th as good as Mask of the Phantasm, I can die happy and content with the life I've lived.

Phantasm also has one of my favorite characters ever, Andrea Beaumont. And in my mind, Bruce's one and true love, screw catwoman. The one person that could have prevented him from becoming the Batman.

Dr. Strangelove is one of my favourite movies of all time, but these days whenever I reply to "whats your favourite movie" with it, no one seems to know it ! WTF ! Or they think it's a porno lol

Precious bodily fluids & answering to the coca-cola company - unforgettable funnies :)

So these days I tend to answer another from my Top 5 Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead, Tim Roth & Gary Oldmans greatest movie, with Iain Glen for you aGoT fans:

That's it then, is it?
We've done nothing wrong, didn't harm anyone, did we?

I can't remember.

All right then, I don't care. I've had enough. To tell you the truth, I'm relieved.

There must have been a moment, at the beginning, where we could have said no. But somehow we missed it. Well, we'll know better next time.

Till then.

Dr Strangelove is awesome. 'Gentlemen you can't fight in here, this is the war room!'
