Instalation error

I still getting error : C:\Program files (x86)\The Witcher 2 (CZ)\Redists\SQlite-1.0.66.0-setup.exe
An error occurred while trying to read the source file:
The source file is corrupted
Click retry,...
I reinstall SQlite many times, but when i choose repair SQlite ADO.NET 2.0/3.5 Provider I will get another error: A network error occured while attempting to read from the file: C:\Users\USER\App Data\Local\Temp\tmp21E3.tmp.msi
Can anyone help me? I have win 7 64-bit

I already fixed it, file- TW2EE_REDkit-1a was corrupted, so I download it again and now it works.
