Anyone have any idea roughly how long it will take to install the PC version from disc?

Physical copy of course.

It depends on your storage device too, if you have a SSD probably 1 to 5+ min.

I am not familiar with this one but it seems you will not going to have a problem, unless you optical disc drive is really bad.
