Integrity of game files

Hi,
I have an issue that every time i try to run Cyberpunk, I get an error (look screenshot). I reinstalled the game twice, and checked files even more times, but it led me nowhere. Please help me.
PC, Steam
My specs are:
GPU : MSI RTX 2080
CPU : i9-9900k
Win 11 beta (it could be the problem)

This the first time you play the game?
Did the game play normally before on Windows 10?

That's for sure, it's Win 11 (beta) the problem
Where does it come from, I don't know... it could be anywhere, on a beta version.
So if you want to play, for me, you need to return on Win 10
