Basically the new info was:
* for PS4 and XBOX decisions will be imported through Dandelion songs - Geralt will be able to correct him
* No Shani, Thaler, Yaevin, Kalkstein in W3 main game, they do said it's possible for DLC
* Potions , oils (most likely bombs too) will auto refill - only alcohol will be needed.

@Marcin Momot we enjoyed the new material, especially noticed that the characters (every single one of them) are wonderfully rendered.. we saw a lot of men, bearDs, wet Geralt and so on.. Don't know the others BUT I'm waiting for a glimpse of our great ladies as well (Ciri, Triss, Yen) Can you tell if there is something coming in the upcoming weeks?

If you don't have anything that would support this claim, maybe you shouldn't jump to the conclusion like that, especially if there are many other more plausible reasons for that.

There's no need of evidences. Devs repeatedly say that the game will be accessible (in terms of comprehensibility of the story-telling) even for those who never played TW 1 and TW2.
It's pretty clear that the lack of references to The Witcher 1 is the result of this choice. But I will happy to be denied.

But I didn't say that consoles are bad and PC is great. I'm not doing platform war. I simply made a statement. That is the lack of references and characters from The Witcher 1 is very, very probably the result of the choice to make story-telling more understandable for those who didn't play the first game. This is bad? Yes, IMHO, but it is another matter.

calm down Christiano, at least it's possible for DLC. Maybe we get a nice side story with them. Kalkstein would be my first pick in that case. The easiest to introduce and the most liked character of those 3 (for me).

What a missed oportunity for

I'm not that mad but was hoping to meet Thaler again. He sent a love letter in TW2 and it makes perfect sense for him to be in amongst the turmoil.
Also to meet Shani again after leaving her so abruptly.
