For modding specifically, you can use this thread: http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/30086-The-Witcher-3-ModdingAlso i there a Thread for questions ?
I know CDPR are pro modding, is W3 gonna have a workshop, or modding is gonna work like in W2 ? (which i have no idea how it worked, it has been a while)
Exactly! CDPR at least cares about their game and fans, they won't release a half finished game and even after it's out they keep fixing whatever small issues there may be, while many other companies just throw those buggy, crashing games at us and won't even think about delaying them to polish it, because their first priority is milking more money out of customers, and then just Day-one patch the games. And in some cases even then it's a mess.I thought pc gamers were more forgiving? I thought TW1 and TW2 still needed work after launch, why are you guys going to be mad if they do the same with TW3? Do you not trust CDPR to fix up the game because they always do!
Enlighten me Nick:wat::rly?:
How many 3rd person RPGs have you played exactly?
I'm suffering from a bout of Witcher media overload, does this video have anything new in it?
Hopefully not a repost.
Here they talk about free DLCs, can we request or suggest DLCs or all the 16 DLCs decided and finalized.
Hopefully not a repost.
You'll find out plenty in regards to Triss post-Witcher 2 in a little game called The Witcher 3.cuz I want to play as Triss in one of the DLCs and know more about her character and story post witcher 2 (only if I can't play as Triss in the Main Game, that would suck though)
Also we need a mission where we meet Shani.
I am more than happy to pay for additional content that involves a few hours of gameplay. As TW3 being the last adventure of Geralt it might mostly be the last of Triss too, she is my Favorite character and I want to play as her before she won't be available to us anymore. Triss even got sidelined in most of the recent trailers and demos tooYou'll find out plenty in regards to Triss post-Witcher 2 in a little game called The Witcher 3.
Not sure why you want to play as Triss, but each to their own, however I wouldn't expect something huge like that in the 16 DLC's. If that even happens (And I seriously doubt it) it would be in some large-scale DLC that adds a huge amount of content and is a proper paid DLC (Expansion). 16 DLC's is mostly just going to be small stuff like alternate costumes, armor sets, small quests.
A "small" quest could involve Shani, and I'd kill for that, however I ain't getting my hopes up. Already pretty sad that she's not going to be in the base game, Oxenfurt was a perfect opportunity.
soon™Lads anyone knows when we will get new materials from The Witcher 3 ?

I've never seen this explicitly said in one of the interviews (though I'm sure I've missed a bunch of them).What were your biggest challenges in creating the game?
Bringing the game to the open world format was definitely a challenge. We had to change the way we think about quests and the overall design of the game. Everything is accessible at any given time, so we had to foresee events that would not usually happen in a closed world game. You can do quests in any order you want which means that they have to interconnect somehow, you can go anywhere so we had to introduce a robust monster system and so on. There was a lot of creative thinking involved but I think we’ve managed to create something truly epic!
