Because it was shown in non-sexual context only. Exposed genitalia in sexual context = Ao rating = you are screwed.

In witcher 2 we could see Triss's Public parts after all, nothing of that sort mentioned in the ESRB rating for TW3
Am I disappointed ? or did developers tone it down a bit to reduce criticism? its common these days even Order 1886 has it.

The only difference I can see between TW3 and TW2's ESRB is the lack of Pubic Hair being mentioned, which honestly isn't a big deal, it really comes down to camera angles and what the scenes show - it has nothing to do with reducing the sexual content. Lesbomancy was never mentioned in TW2's ESRB, so if females kissing is what you're interested in, well there's a chance that might still exist.
Whether they can top the Elven Baths sequence is a whole other situation entirely, but I don't see any reason to freak out or suspect CDPR has "toned down" their sexual content. From the previews it sounds like TW3's opening scene is even more racy than TW2's opening and CDPR is not the kind of company I would expect to make attempts at reducing sexual content or violence because of "backlash" or some attempt to reduce the ESRB for a 'wider audience'.
Edit: Also it should be noted that TW3's ESRB talks about characters getting drunk and passing out etc, which also happens on multiple occasions in TW2 but is never mentioned in its ESRB. The ESRB "blurb" is just that, it's a summary with a few examples to give people an idea of what kind of content to expect. So naturally it isn't going to include everything and I'm sure there's plenty more "interesting things" in the game that weren't mentioned.

Am I the only one for whom are sex scenes totally unimportant? I mean it does not keep me cold when I see them but I could just go watch some porn if I would want to watch some explicit sex scenes. It does make the world more mature if the real if the sex is present but I have no need to see the genitals of both sex every time sex scene comes into play.

I kinda agree with you. I like the intimate scenes, but whether Yennefer sits naked on the chair afterwards or covered in a blanket, or whether I see Geralt's front or back, doesn't change how I feel about it. I don't care about the amount and sort of nudity, but I do care about the interaction. I believe what made TW2's scene so memorable isn't that you see Triss' chest or pubic area for a split second. Instead it's her playful striptease and Geralt's sudden shift from uncomfortable to overly excited, hopping on one leg impatiently while trying to pull off a boot (only to be pulled in by Triss in a sneak attack).
In the same way I'm looking forward to TW3's opening scene not to catch a glimpse of Yennefer's body and to finally find out how big or small Geralt is - I'm looking forward to it for the casual banter and pillow-talk that comes after. The interaction between the characters before and after, that's the interesting part of sexual scenes, not the explicit act.
You are not, I kinda feel the same. Man+lady parts alone are not enough to pique my interest, so unless theres a narrative reason for it I just don't care. I'm not even bothered by them being explicit, I think South Park: Stick of Truth has the best sex scene in gaming history and its easily the most gratuitous. Something like the Elvan bath house is great too. However, just sticking it to some prostitutes? Meh, my Geralt has better things to do unless I can get some key item or information out of it.

Tbh guys the game is so much more than sex. Idk why people make a big deal if someone's parts was there or wasn't. :/ I'm not against it by all means, but not necessarily I'll be sad and disappointed if something wasn't there. It's the story that counts, it's the world, the quests, the hunt, and the well-written characters. These scenes were added just to make the interactions seem real, especially between lovers..It's not the main core of the game to watch them do it and especially watch their whatever parts. They have worked countless hours on the world and then you get disappointed just because Triss's or someone's else parts wasn't there. lol Appreciate the story, the struggle, the emotions more. :3 I mean Eredin will hunt your world people and I guess some players will be just lingering in the brothel. That's so not Geralt. btw I'm not against anything and I don't want to sound rude..It's just that I come by recently to watch interviews and important discussions and then all I see is either triss's parts there or not.
