Damn it, i want to see the new build of the game on ultra settings. I guess we have to wait until May.the journalists played on high settings. Ultra is not optimized and they weren't allowed to play on ultra.
source: Gamestar live stream

I take Kotaku's words with a grain of salt in all things, but here they are.

A worrying one. They speak of severe technical issues with a lot of crashes, having to restart the pc and even having 8 crashes on the PS4 version.
yeah, he said it was the best storm he has ever seen in a video game. And he also said that the two guys next to him, played the same scene/location and all three had different weather: storm/rain/snowingAw yis. Watching Gamestar Stream on Twitch snapped while playing DA:I ^^ Pretty interesting, they just talked about stormy weather on Skellige Islands and how he was impressed by the effects and atmosphere that surpasses the weather simulation of many other titles nowadays
As far as I can tell it's a different game?! Or was Kinley (and with that cdpr) being sarcastic?! I dunnowhy is PC the only one that has different screen![]()
I mean, bugs and polishing is why they delayed it, right? Let's hope they have enough time to squish the nastier ones before release.A worrying one. They speak of severe technical issues with a lot of crashes, having to restart the pc and even having 8 crashes on the PS4 version.
They end up saying that the content itself is fine but that the technical issues could pose a problem.
8 crashes? That's less than TW2 would have had month and half before the release so that sounds pretty good.A worrying one. They speak of severe technical issues with a lot of crashes, having to restart the pc and even having 8 crashes on the PS4 version.

Indeed. I thought this little nugget deserved being called out too:
"Eh, it was a video game," I flippantly told a friend shortly after I got back from a recent Witcher 3: Wild Hunt preview event in San Francisco. "I don't know. It was alright, I guess."
I will even ignore the fact that it is Nathan Grayson in question, but seriously? You are supposed to be a 'gaming journalist' and this is your opening statement on the article about a new AAA title? i can't comprehend how in this day and age these glorified bloggers are still allowed to wave their licences and VIP cards around, pushing their own agendas and biases, not even TRYING to sound objective.
