Although a good article, it's based on information gathered from the delays and the screens/footage released on youtube.
The gamestar article was based upon actual hands on time. They got to play the game for 2 full days and they appear to say that the game on ultra, looks stunning and i quote "The result, to put it lightly, knocked our socks off:"
For now, as i try to be careful, i will trust them more than the gamingbolt article.

This is excellent news. Truly excellent.
I own an i5 4670k CPU and an MSI R9 290X Graphics card and i was having doubts if i could get decent fps. If the 980 can get 60 on ultra, i can probably pull off 50+ which is bloody brilliant.
I just did the Carlton dance in my living room.

They didn't got optimized drivers for this and it was still running at 60 fps !

May 19 can't come soon enough....

Gamingbolt hasn't exactly been...'credible'. They fall in the same lot as Examiner, Kdramastars etc.

I think with GTX 980 SLI you can go uber sampling.

I remember something similar as well. I think they said that ubersampling might be added later but that it would kill most rigs at this time.

Well I've waited till now, i think although I've pre order the collector and wait to chane my pc, i may wait a few months more to play it at first run with uber sampling...

You can just manually run it at 2x2 downsampled resolution(4K), it's about the same thing as Ubersampling.

Well, the game apparently run on 60 FPS most of the time. But it also had noticable stutters in Novigrad according to Gamestar. So this is not a stable framerate yet. Noticable stutters are a serious issue. Either the framerate dropped to much lower than 30 FPS or there are other - even more severe - reasons for the stutters like too little VRAM or other infrastructure problems...

I hope they can "fix" these stutters until release.

It could just be microstuttering because of drivers or max prerendered frames issue like TW2, I wouldn't assume too much.
