The rig used had 8GB ram, 1 GTX980 & a i7 4790.

Only on the High settings, Ultra is disabled due to it not being optimized. Apparently the framerate was smooth as silk, but I still haven't seen anyone say whether it was 30 or 60.

PC and I think the general assumption is that this is the PC High setting, but we don't actually have definite confirmation on that.

thats surprising, maybe very high is ultra but no ubersampling or something similar.

I read a lot about easy, normal and hard difficulty. Anyone knows if there will be something like Dark Mode or the Ironman difficulty?

Ironman is ridiculous in such a game IMO but Dark Mode wouldn't be bad IMO.
