Hm that is an interesting option. But what about the quests that are made so that we look around for her first? I'm thinking that is quite a sizeable part of the main quest. So unless the game has the potential to ignore the whole thing, it would pretty much break the questline.
Well, Konrad pretty much confirms that there will be a choice between Yen and Triss. Some people were complaining in the past that Geralt might be forced to end up with Yennefer, so that should make them happy.
Yeah otherwise you might as well encounter the Wild Hunt too after an hour of play.
Neat. The task will be, and that is not an easy one, to make that decision dificult for the readers.

I've yet to stick with her the whole way through in Witcher 1 because I always end up giving Alvin to Triss as it just feels like the more sensible option. Regardless, it would be absolutely lovely to see her again.
However John Mamais did state that we can only transfer Witcher 2 saves across but whether this means it'll include our Witcher 1 information in that same save or just Witcher 2 decisions. Could infer we won't get her if they aren't really transferring Witcher 1 info across, but of course this is all speculation nonsense.
Although I'm suspecting it won't be an area you can just travel to freely & open at all times but one of those locations we'll just visit for a brief period of the game. Still, very keen, Shani or not, should be good. Can't wait to see it.
