Inventory: compare horse equipment - Bug [Patch 1.04]

Normally I am able to compare the stuff in my inventory with the things I have equipped. However, for horse equipment that's not possible. There's no option to compare e.g. a new saddle with the currently equipped one. I don't know if that's a bug or simply something that is not included in the game.
Anyway, it should be possible to do that as well.
