Invert vertical axis (Switch 2) does not work

ote my 'invert mouse' vertical axis (switch 2) in settings is not working ( it shows green in settings when I say yes but the view does NOT change in-game) so I am finding the game highly disorienting to play - has anyone else got this change?

So the game is unplayable, I either watching toes or the sky. Is there a patch coming to fix this?

Heard this community is great so tryed to write here. Just silence thus far…. ;(
