I have this glitch where I can’t die when playing Cyberpunk 2077. It’s making the game not fun, because off the lack of challenge there is. I could go against MaxTac; sit and do Nothing and just stay alive. I am a Ps5 player If CDPR sees this please fix this glitch and if anyone has any ways to fix it please let me know.

There exists at present a new invincibility glitch that is affecting the PC version of the game. This glitch seems to appear out of nowhere, causes the player to become invincible, and does not seem to go away on its own.
This glitch is supposedly caused by the 'Playing for Keeps' mission, I cannot confirm if this is true, but it does at least line up with my own experience. Reloading an old save before the glitch is the quickest way to remedy the situation, but for some people that might not be an option. Old methods of removing the glitch such as using certain mission triggers (Beast in Me, Never Fade Away, etc) don't seem to remove the invincibility tag on your character like they did in previous updates.
The only sure-fire way of removing the invincibility tag from your character is with a save file editor, such as the one found here;
To use this tool, find where your game is stored, and access the save files from there. Once you locate the save file you wish to fix, go to the god mode tab in the editor and find the player character (the one with an ID ending in 0001). From there, you will find several different entries of god mode that can be enabled and disabled, make sure that all of them EXCEPT second heart are listed as 'mortal' (otherwise the cyberware doesn't work) and then save.
From there, your invincibility glitch should be gone and you can resume playing as normal."

I think it's a tricky to solve issue because it's very very situational. I had a similar case once on PS4 long ago and it began during the last part of the gimme danger quest while entering the warehouse. I decided to enter that building in a very sloppy and chaotic way to enter the warehouse and I guess the game wasn't ready for that - after that my V was invisible to all opponents.
That being said, after completing the Gimme Danger quest things went back to normal. So it's quite possible that a cutscene will reset things back to normal. Letting V go to sleep is also be worth a shot - although it's probably not as likely to fix this issue.
In general though, if you run into things like that it's really best to load the previous save game.
