Invisible Cursor/Highlighter (PC)

I believe this has something to do with transferring from an old Xbox 360 controller to the newest Xbox controller. I think a driver or an old file is getting in the way. My controller works on other games so its just Cyberpunk that has the issue.

The Issue:
No mouse cursor or highlighter in main menu when using either a mouse and keyboard or xbox controller.
This then crashes the game when trying to load any save

Setup (12/11/2020):
Steam Big Picture Mode
Latest Version of Windows
Xbox Series X controller
Latest Nvidia Drivers

Exactly the same. Error code 0x190 crash with invisible cursor before crash

checking resources in steam and redownoloading some files (17gb) solves the proplem, at least now I'm able to see cursor and start new game w/o crush
