Invisible water bug near Drudge?

I couldn't find any fix on nexus mods, so I came here.

Are you already using any mods for the game?

Yes! I'm using some bug fixes, and gameplay tweaks. I'm not using any texture or graphics mods, so I don't see how they could make the water disappear.
Don't want to test this in vanilla as I've lots of mods installed.

Mods can cause all sorts of things, so I definitely would not rule that out.

You can also try different gpu driver versions (an older driver version could be better) or verify game files as explained here:
