Thanks for the fast answer and... shit! I hoped to met her again because I read on this page
http://thewitcher3.wiki.fextralife.com/Contract+Woodland+Beast
that if you spare her and tell the guard that elves were the offenders you can meet her again... It's a shame

"Notes & Trivia"

  • If you tell the guard about the elves he'll highlight of the tensions between humans an non-humans with some racist banter.
  • If you leave the elves alone but decide to tell the guard at the bridge about them. The elf female commander will ambush you later in the game claiming that you betrayed her. I was ambushed by her alone just outside Novigrad near the Glory Gate signpost at night.

As far as I know, it does not really matter in the end, even if you do not free Saskia, Philippa eventually loses control over her anyway.

I can't understand the decision of not including Iorveth in The Witcher 3 or the expansions. :(

he is not even mentioned in the entire game.

a book in game mentions Aen Elle to be a tribe of legends for Aen Seithe, somebody who will come and help them restore their former glory.. same book is a bit negative about Elves of DolBlathana, quite similarly following Iorveth thoughts..

here, read it:

View attachment 28019

so yeah, i do really think Iorveth could easily join Wild Hunt if he had opportunity... and similarly many Scoiatel Elves with him.

And? Wouldn't it be a huge story for the plot? Iorveth begins as friend and Geralt must convince him no to join the Wild Hunt or, at the end, fight agains him. It would be a much better story than Reasons of State. for example ( and I love politics). This is not a problem for me

Actually, he is, although it is not much:

"Scoiatael Man 02: Have you heard the latest rumors about Iorveth?
Scoiatael Man 01: So riddled with arrows he resembled a hedgehog. I tell you, Iorveth is dead. Deireadh.
Scoiatael Man 02: Dead? No, he's been spotted in Novigrad.
Scoiatael Man 01: Rubbish. They also said Isengrim had escaped.
Scoiatael Man 01: When in fact he's been worm food for years."

By the way, Iorveth and Saskia helping to assassinate Radovid instead of Ves and Roche could work as well since they both hold grudge against him for not wanting to recognize the pontar valley as an independent state and now hunting non-humans.

But there might be some issue with the follow-up since Djisktra would probably not try to kill a girl who can turn into a dragon within seconds. Overall, that Djisktra thing felt like some of the most bizzare things in the game plot-wise.

If they really felt like Djikstra should have ruled, this is how I would have done it:

Roche's path:

Let Djikstra kill Roche and Ves - Adda alive: Radenia wins, Adda rules alone. Djikstra "advisor".
Adda dead: Radenia wins under Djikstra.

Do not let Djikstra kill Roche and Ves - Adda alive: If {something}, Radenia wins, Adda rules, else Nilgaard wins.
Adda dead: Nilfgaard wins.

Iorveth' s path:

If Saskia alive: Djikstra dies. Adda alive: If {something}, Radenia wins, Adda rules. Else Nilfgaard wins.
Adda dead: If {something}, Saskia unites non-humans and the North, wins the war. Else Nilfgaard wins.

if Saskia dead: (like who would kill her really, but anyways)

Let Djisktra kill Iorveth: Adda alive: Radenia wins, Adda rules alone. Djikstra "advisor".
Adda dead: Radenia wins under Djikstra.

Do not let Djikstra kill Iorveth: Adda alive: If {something}, Radenia wins, Adda rules, else Nilgaard wins.
Adda dead: Nilfgaard wins.

I would have liked it this way much better : D

Why this isn't the game :crybaby:

And it can really make sense, both Saskia and Iorveth would really want Radovid dead, Iorveth especially, because it's the last northen dh'oine king left to be killed :p

No wonder why there are Scoiat'ael units at south of the map

Not true, they're all waiting for Iorveth and Isengrim to kill Radovid :hope:

We know Francesca has Iorveth and his scoiatael now, and those who did not want to join are roaming the world lost and lonely : (

Dunno if this has been discussed before, but is this Iorveth next to Francesca in this image.

If so, then why were they working on him, as shown in the leaked docs. Only posible reason is that they were going to do Dol Blathanna :p Jokes aside, if that is him, I wonder if that image and the new plot where he leaves was only made after they had cut him from TW3.

I hope we find out something, even if it's only a tiny nugget of info, in B&W.

The decision to cut Iorveth and add Ves was made at least about a year before the release of the game, so that still left plenty of time to create or change the Gwent card.

Yep that is him standing behind her. I think the plot for him was different to this but then when they cut him out, it was convenient that he and his scoiatael join Francesca as suggested by the Sociatael Gwent Card deck.

I think the gwent cards were created much earlier. Look the picture of Yen or Keira (!!!) for example. Any real similarity to the game optics in my opinion!

You've got a point. It's also so strange that the Scoia'tael cards stayed in the game, but their quests were cut, and the Skellige cards were cut, but the quests there are very important. It's weird playing Gwent with people in Skellige, and they're using Northern Kingdoms, Scoia'tael or Nilfgaardian decks :p

Still, I'm disappointed thinking about what kind of content and quests could have been in the game. If I had won the lottery, I'd through money at CDPR to get this stuff back in the game. :p All this has done now is make me hope that we get an Enhanced Edition, although I don't think it will happen.
