It's like they were finishing the big joke that has been TW3 for those who bought it thinking on Iorveths's path. What a pre***!! I feel like an idiot!

They posted this today?

During Iorveth and Saskia' s funeral?

That is so not cool!

Let's hope they employ you for their next project so you can make a perfect script, perfect characters and it won't have any cuts cause it will be so good. It's not like CDPR is hating Iorveth and his Scoia'teal, they didn't do it for lolz, they most likely had a reason to cut his role in W3. Stop being such a jerk.

They are alive and well...

Iorveth is in Dol Blathanna, planing to overthrow Enid and Ida...

Saskia is somewhere in Caingorn, visiting her daddy...

I know. By funeral I meant us mourning them here on the forums.

First, I have the same as you to express my opinion. And I haven't insult you so stop those comments. If you don't like my post you are free to say it without calling me a jerk. Second, I think many of those who are in this forum could have done a much better work.

Not really surprising as many already said, the location and settings wouldn't really make sense for their appearance anyway.

The lack of the Scoia'tael in the whole game (except for that small camp close to Novigrad) was a bit disappointing in the first place.

Would be interesting to know why exactly they cut them out in the first place, especially the Scoia'tael were quite involved in the previous wars and saying that most of them just went to Dol Blathanna is a bit... simple.

why? They fought for own kingdom and they got it in Dol Blathanna... why would they waste their lives fighting in some forests, when there is a land they can be protecting instead? It actually makes perfect sense.

Plus, Novigrad, Oxenfurt, Velen... those areas are in the heart of Northern Kingdoms... Velen was cleansed of Scoiatel by Temerian commandos (Blue Stripes) some time ago, while Redania did similar thing.. having some massive Scoiatel presence would be a bit strange.. plus, why would they fought in war again, when last time they did, Nilfgaard used them and after war executed all their commanders (only Insengrim and Iorveth survived)

Uh... Actually, Iorveth doesn't really think it that way.

Yeah, right! How could they forgot about Yaevinn and Vincent Meis? Whoops, wrong thread.

I have this vision:

- After Saskia' s identity has been revealed, the Scoiatael in Vergen do not trust her and want to leave while blaming Iorveth for lying to them.
Iorveth is crushed that everything is falling apart.

- Suddenly, Francesca and her elves arrive in Vergen (via portal) and she offers Iorveth and his unit a deal. She wants to rebel against the empire and create an independent state where she could rule without having to listen to Emhyr.
All the while sweet talking Iorveth and promising that this will be the best for their people as it is their only hope and with the Nilfgaardian army marching north, Vergen does not stand a chance anyways.
With the war going on being the perfect distraction, she feels it is the right time to ambush all and any Nilfgaardian forces that are in Dol Blathanna quietly, and set up a stronghold Emhyr will not bother attacking right now with his troops focused on the North and in the future once it grows in strength, he would not even dare.

- She could use Saskia's help since she is a dragon so she offers her to join them under one condition. She must leave Vergen to it's fate and come alone. Saskia refuses.

- Iorveth is on the crossroads, he must decide between staying with the woman he loves or doing what he feels is best for his people.

- With a heavy heart, he decides to follow his Scoiatael unit and Francesca to Dol Blathanna where as Francesca told it, Isengrim Faoiltiarna already awaits them. Before leaving, Saskia gives him the rose of remembrance which Philippa left in Vergen, they kiss and part ways.

- Iorveth, his unit and Francesca disappear via portal and the Dol Blathanna story begins.

- Meanwhile, Vergen is razed which results in Saskia leaving going either her own way or joining Iorveth in Dol Blathanna where they meet again.

That they have done it before doesn't mean that its right. Furthermore, maybe we hadn't Yaevinn in TW2 but we had Iorverth that is the same type of character
