But yes, it'd be great if we see more of Ciri in the next Witcher games.
Strong female characters are always a welcome addition.
For now lets wait and see how CDPR introduces her to us in TW3.
Personally I think CDPR could introduce a lot of characters and a bit of background with the events of Stygga castle in a dream sequence of Geralt`s where he saves Yen and we watch as Ciri kills ...well you know who . That way we get introduced to who and what Ciri is as well as Yennefer . I would suggest the whole event but that I think would be too many people for the newcomers to the game to be able to grasp and identify with .

In my opinion CDPR has made the right decision by focussing TW3 on Geralt's loved ones,
because they are very complex characters with whole books of background story, which can't
be explained to people who haven't read the books on a sidenote.
Technically it's going to be very hard to pull off.

I'm very curious about how CDPR would portray her.
With that I mean her character design, voice actress, dialog and role in TW3.
We did get a glimpse at Yen via the stylized flashbacks in TW2,
but Ciri was nowhere to be seen - only mentioned once as a girl with ashen hair.
We don't know what she is up to. We don't know how she has changed.
Let's just hope she still kicks ass.

personality wise, if anyone watches anime, ciri has always reminded me of a milder asuka from evangelion. someone with a tough arrogant exterior that hides a vulnerable person inside. instead of a smartass sassy, teen she should be smartass sassy tween.
role: wouldnt be surprised if shes been captured by the wildhunt or even brainwashed. id love to see her fight alongside geralt atleast once, some climactic battle akin to the one we saw at the end of the novels; especially would love to see ciri use her teleportation in combat.
as for conversations id find it funny if she talks about her journeys in other worlds, and they make parodies and references to other games. like have her talk about a world where dragons where trying to destroy the world, and she had to become the "the child dragon or dragonborn" and talk how she became famous and overpowered in the world but after a while she grew bored of that place and left.
sorry its only now that i found this comment. actually this is why she would be perfect as Ciri. Ciri isnt that good looking, really. several times they talk about how ugly she is. alot of how ugly they find ciri depends on the situation she is in or what mood she is in.
that why chloe moretz to me, fits as her. she is someone that when she is frowning can be fairly ugly but when when she smiles looks fairly cute.
I don't find Chloe Moretz to be ugly at all, even if she doesn't resemble my idea of Ciri.
CDPR will have to make the tough decision of defining how Ciri will look in the game.
Doing this for a character coming from a book where the readers imagination is almost unlimited,
doesn't make this an easy task to begin with. You just can't please everyone.
I'll accept what CDPR comes up with as official representation of grown up Ciri.
To me this will define my view on this character in the more recent Witcher history.
All I hope for is that they find a healthy balance between a pretty face, a strong woman and a vulnerable, scarred lady.
I don't want Ciri to be a one-dimensional character, she jumps through too many dimensions for that.
