Is it normal for the ground textures to be so blurry on the Xbox Series S

Is it normal for the ground textures to be so blurry it's like there is no texture especially in the desert area I'm on the Xbox Series S

It seems that Series S using more the "medium textures preset" from the PC. In some areas the resolution of them is reduced there, too.

I remember when it was just a backwards compatible title on the series s the textures where better
