Is it possible to fix the Sword impact sound bug?

Hi, as seen in the video, certain hits do not produce any impact sound.
This has happened occasionally since the very early patch, and I heard it's not limited to PC but also happening in consoles as well.
I love TW3, but this single problem really breaks the immersion.
