Is it possible to mod sound effects?
I see a mod on wikipedia that replaces a sound effects using the override folder, but it leads to a dead link. Does anyone know if it's possible to replace any sounds effects, and how is this done? I tried extracting sounds from the fsb files, but I can't play them. Anyone know what I can do?
