As far as I know, if you are not using the cloud save function the save games were most likely only on your computer.
There are Data Recovery Programs that can recover deleted files on a PC. But that process can take ages and there's no guarantee it will be able to recover the file you needed. I don't know which ones are good and not that many are free.

Damn it, I miss the iconic katana during the heist. They only hinted about the gun, how should I know I should search for other iconic loot during lock down!
