Is it time to go dark?

I stopped reading most interviews/articles anyway, because most interviewers just ask the same questions over and over again. I mean, come on, how many times do you need to ask how big Witcher 3 will be?

Apart from that i still watch trailers or teasers by CDPR, but only by them. I don't really trust outsiders to know what is a spoiler and what not. There are only a few journalists, who bother to research the background of the game and actually know what is going on than just be amazed by the graphics and at the same time doesn't even know what a Witcher does for a living...

I will also avoid Youtube the week before the release, because everybody and their grandma will have a PR version and make already videos before i can even hold the game in my hand...

Just hope people will go easy on the spoilers come launch. Keep us mods in mind.

This right here is the reason why I don't envy your jobs. Well this and having to go through every thread to read the same complaints over and over while looking for the trolls. You guys are insane.

I plan to leave after the game comes out as that will be when the real spoilers start to pop up.

I just don't store anything in long-term memory. Sometimes it helps being old as well as totally insane.

I don't plan on going dark personally, because every bit of new gameplay of this game can satiate my hunger for it. So I'm waiting on IGN first to give me more samples.

Also tomorrow and the next two days Gamespot is doing feature lenght videos on their trip to CDPR's offices in Poland where they talk about the game and we get more information about the game and I simply cannot wait to watch those.

That's why I said earlier you, BLUEs would deserve to get an early copy from the REDs. But then again, who would moderate the forum then?

Yes, it is fair you could play it just a little before the official realease and avoid to be more exposed to spoilers than us, the mortal peassants. You have my support, blues!

How do you know? And by the way, Gamespot will be releasing three videos in the next three days, which hopefully will be much better than IGN's videos (those were laughable). And then there's the footage we'll be getting from youtubers who were in Poland last week. That's a lot of footage coming in the next few weeks... actually, I'm both excited and terrified.

I've decided to pop in the threads every few days until May 1, and then I'm going dark with the exception of the launch trailer. And then I'm going to try to avoid thinking about it until after exams in June.
