Is the PS4 version censored compared to others, or was there just a censorship option activated?

I saw new Neogaf posts. Damn, they censored female genital nudity in the new big patch. What have they done?

On youtube, in a video of the scene in question, she still has her panties off so it looks like it was just the nudity toggle (NSFW, Spoiler warning).

I saw ps4/5 footage, the nun is there. I don't know why it wasn't in the poster during the demo.

Still waiting for my copy and then I'll have to download a huge patch. Probably won't be able to play it until friday evening.
