Is the "Red Kit" for programmers as well?

Hey,
as a coder i'm really sad, that most of game companies are forgetting about us, programmers - and release their kits without any serious programming APIs.

Could you tell me if:
a) There is any C++ middle/low-level API to the engine?
b) Are you planning to introduce it / expand it?

No.
Pretty much all of the game mechanics is defined inside Witcher Script inside <witcher directory>/bin/scripts (you can just run scriptstudio).

That's unfortunate because it seems like some things are defined inside C++ (like CProjecticle used for well, projectiles), and dunno if it would be possible to make such thing using only WS.
