Is there a day/night cycle in W2?

The graphics in the W2 are remarkable, especially the sense of light and atmosphere. I would be surprised if this game has a day/night cycle like the first one.

One would think that there is a day/night cycle being it worked veary well in the first one just seem silly that the Red Team would not put it in
