The mod definitely works - I know because I am using it. The effect is subtle in some situations sure, but much more noticeable in others. Mostly, you should notice more consistent lighting between normal gameplay and cutscenes compared to vanilla.
Don't expect some kind of drastic change. Also make sure you don't have other mods like ones affecting things like wind intensity taking priority over Cutscene Lighting because that will stop the mod from working.

Unless you are not on 1.31 that mod i originally linked on its own does not work. I know the difference, its not a subtle effect even generally speaking, its meant to simulate a kind of global illumination where shadows are actual shadows. You can instantly tell the difference looking at the character models.

KNG's new ultimade lighting redux had CSLM working fine anyway so i am happy.

Now I know i make things really more difficulty than it needs to be, but while I love CSLM in main game, it looks totally awful in Toussaint...
Any way to disable it for Toussaint enviroments, except of you know, turning mod off?

Really can you do some comparisons? That is a shame to hear honestly. I havent played blood and wine yet so was looking forward to it, although this is my 2nd playthrough i didn't get far through it didnt like the side content so much.

Have you tried it with "Clear toussaint lighting"? It gets rid of the yellow tone so who knows.

Well the thing is, I love vanilla Toussaint... I only use few reshade effects, because there is something missing from game for me...

Comparison, first vanilla second cutscene lighting. Toussaint is without reshade btw...

Oh wow that sky lol. I am going to have to play around with it maybe use the clear toussaint lighting to see if it mellows it out a bit. You can see the quality it adds to the foliage/char but jesus that looks unplayable.

So sorry for bumbing this, but is there any way to add cutscene lighting to game without breaking Toussaint?

Lighting mods are doing good jobs to keep game consistent in gameplay and cutscenes, but they change so much atmosphere instead of just fixing it...
I dont understand why they didnt keep cutscene lighting for gameplay, it looks so much better. Just look at comparison posted by me and Martindnewton, it looks great, shadows are natural, Geralt no longer shine in shadows, his hair no longer shine in shadows, everything is perfect...

Go to barber in Oxenfurt with vanilla lighting, everything turns unnaturaly purple, ugly... Talk to him and its like you are teleported to other area, it looks so much different and natural and it stays that way with cutscene lighting mod, instead of turning back to totally different game light...

Sorry, I got carried away...
Hope someone with modding experience will look at it someday...
