Turning off radios is actually a memorable part of my 100 hours
I hate that. I don't want to waste time shooting tvs and radios for
some peace and quiet. Especially if I'm stealthing, All I want to hear
are my footsteps and the soundtrack

This would be easy to fix IF we could find the folder that hold the sound effects. We had similar issues in Oblivion where all you had to do was remove all the sound files and they did not play in the game. BETTER some mods replaced the sound files with other sounds. I would prefer to just turn them down so much you can hear them but they are not blasting your speakers.
