Is this a new addition cuz of HOS?

Ive been noticing now since ive installed HOS,that when i die if i have the money i get respawned...i dont remember this happining in the normal game before HOS?

i have no mods installed at alll...ive never encountered this till after i installed HOS...i kinda like it.

Totally forgot about getting killed by guards resulting in a "Fine." I've only gotten taken out by them once way back in May, when I got caught stealing.
